Frequently Asked Questions // FAQs

Pricing varies by project, but each project — no matter the size, complexity, or duration — receives the expertise and perspective of a designer, brand strategist, marketing coordinator, publicist, and operations consultant at one cost. This unique and valuable approach is reflected in our rates.

Once you’ve approved your quote, you’ll receive a project agreement and deposit invoice. After the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid, you’ll receive an email about a shared Dropbox folder and/or a link to schedule our first project meeting. Once files are uploaded and/or we’ve had our meeting, we’ll get started on the design drafts and schedule a quick (seriously, about 5 minutes) design reveal session. If you do need revisions, you’ll provide them in writing via our review platform. When you give final approval, we’ll export files and deliver them via Dropbox in ready-to-use formats.

All logo projects include: a style sheet (PDF) with color codes, logo variations, and font names; all styles of the logo in full color, all black, and all white in .PNG with transparent backgrounds and .EPS (vector) for high-resolution scaling; and a social media avatar for your platforms.

All content must be provided before design work begins. Well-designed layouts are built around the content that goes in them, and even small changes to your content could throw off the design and cost more time and money. To prevent this, we require clients to provide all content prior to starting your design project.

With our all-inclusive retainers, you get prepaid access to the entire suite of services — design, strategy, brand management, social media management, website development, etc. — as you need them for your brand. This means no additional costs for switching between design and strategy, or from website development to brand management.

While we try our best to prioritize the needs of clients with retainer contracts, we are always managing a queue of requests and deadlines. We cannot guarantee last minute requests can be met, depending on capacity and availability. Retainers do not guarantee 24/7 or after-hours access. Rush fees may apply to requests that demand prioritization or special attention.

Because we are always working on deadlines and requests, scheduled calls or meetings are always preferred. Clients may send an email or text message to our work number for best response during the workday.

Using the creative and logical sides of the brain concurrently is demanding. We honor office hours for recharging, to show up the next day at 100%. Any messages received outside of regular working hours will be addressed the following business day.

Design Projects: All design projects require a non-refundable deposit at contract signing (either 25% or 50%; varies by scope and size of the project). While payment schedule will also vary, the balance is due at delivery for all projects.

All-Inclusive Retainers: All retainers require payment in full prior to services being rendered. Delay in subsequent retainer payments may result in suspension of service.

Consultations: Payment is due in full when consultations are booked. If client needs to reschedule or cancel the session, at least two (2) business days’ notice is requested. Cancellations up to two (2) business days before the session may receive a 50% refund. There is no refund for late cancellations — within two (2) business days from session — or no-shows.

Payment plans are available for certain projects. Please contact us about your needs.

Rush fees apply when a project requires special prioritization or after-hours attention to meet an immediate deadline. This will be communicated in your quote or in our response to your request.
